Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between each Area?

We use an advanced shelving management system to divide the store into several distinct areas, each with its unique advantages. Click here to learn more about each areas.

How are discounts applied?

You can choose from a 3-month, 6-month, or 1-year contract. Submit your application before 09 February 2025 and payment before the store opens to receive a 15% discount on your first contract. After your initial term, you can switch to a monthly payment plan.”

Do I need to pay now?

No, you only need to submit your application now. We will record your application details and review them. You won’t be charged except a small amount of deposit for sercure your space until the store officially opens, which is expected by the end of this year.

What is Security Tag?

A Security Tag is a small device attached to your products to prevent theft. It triggers an alarm if an item is removed from the store without proper deactivation, ensuring your creations are safe and secure. However, this measure cannot completely prevent theft. Additionally, due to the cost and technical requirements of the system’s software and hardware, we expect to install it by March 2025. Please note: The complimentary security tags included in the package are only available for products priced above £15.

What can I do with the workshop?

With the workshop, you can engage directly with customers by demonstrating how your work is created or sharing the inspiration and journey behind your art.

What kind of product type is considered a product type?

A product is considered a single type if it shares specific characteristics like design, material, size, or function. For example, a set of postcards with different sizes and prices would count as multiple product types, while postcards of the same size and price but with different designs would count as one product type. Similarly, rings of different designs or prices are considered multiple product types, whereas rings of the same type and price but with different patterns are counted as one product type.
